Our service

NewBuildReady provides general guidance, practical resources and, where suitable support is available, introductions to independent inspection companies. We do not carry out inspections, certify repairs, guarantee developer action or manage disputes on your behalf.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry is not a booking. Any inspection is agreed directly between you and the inspection company, under that company's own terms, scope and pricing.

Our checklists, templates and tracker are general information to help you stay organised. They are not professional, legal or surveying advice, and they don't replace your inspector's report or technical advice.
